FEATURED CURRENT AND FORMER STUDENTS

Justin Bernardi obtained a Master of Music degree in May 2024 from the Curtis Institute of Music where he also earned a Bachelor of Music degree. Justin studied with David Bilger, former principal trumpet of The Philadelphia Orchestra. Justin was a trumpet fellow at the Tanglewood Music Center, a two-year member of the National Repertory Orchestra, and a two-year member of the National Orchestral Institute. Justin is currently the principal trumpet of the Du Bois Orchestra and the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra. Justin has performed recitals in Philadelphia, New York and Taiwan. He began playing the trumpet at age eleven and when Justin is not playing the trumpet, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and baseball.
