Bell Trumpets Sponsored Masterclasses

When?

Please email steve@thetrumpetroom.org to schedule a Bell Trumpet Sponsered masterclass for your students. These masterclasses are free to your students. Bell Trumpets will be providing their inventory for students to work with for the duration of the masterclass. I will be doing the teaching, and your students will be doing the learning. Students should bring their personal equipment for a direct side by side comparison.

Second Tier Half Session

$115 Monthly

30 Min Session - Half Fundamentals/Half Repertoire/Audition Material -

Recommended for the beginner, or casual student.

Trumpet Ensemble Fees

Adding the option to play/perform in a competitive trumpet ensemble - These ensembles will record and compete at The National Trumpet Competition

In my son’s 7th grade year, he came home and asked if he could start taking lessons from Mr. Gulledge. I told him he would have to give up baseball lessons. He immediately said yes and our trumpet journey took on a whole new adventure.

First thing I noticed was the frequency of practice. The amount of effort Mr. Gulledge puts into lessons to make them productive, fun, and challenging has made my son work harder. My son truly enjoys playing his trumpet because Mr. Gulledge has created that environment for his students.

Mr. Gulledge consistently finds opportunities for his students to grow as musicians. His vast knowledge he shares with his students has allowed them to use as tools to reach their goals.

We have known Steve Gulledge since our son started working with him in middle school. Steve recognized his talent fairly quickly and became not only his private lesson teacher but also an incredible mentor who guided him through his journey to where he is now. Steve is a completely dedicated teacher who invests in his students' success and helps them learn to overcome challenges and barriers that come along the way. These lessons often translate to learning how to manage life’s challenges in general that builds character and resilience.

Steve commits to his mission every day in the practice room with the kids and they know he is investing in them. We are so fortunate that he invested in our son who is now pursuing his own dream of becoming a professional trumpet player.

Mr. Steve Gulledge has been a cornerstone of our band program for the past 20 years. He puts his students well being first. By providing structure, goals and tangible steps for success, the students grow the tools needed to gain confidence to be successful in any band environment. Whether in the beginner classroom, The Midwest Clinic or TMEA stage, Steve was there to support the students and the educators!

Band is family and Mr. Gulledge is a fundamental part of making it a rewarding experience for the kids. He truly cares about them and shows that by not only teaching trumpet skills, but also by being a source of great advice. Mr. Gulledge has, for over 5 years, been the person who makes our son a more skilled trumpet player as well as a student who is enthusiastic about practicing and getting better. Outside of music, he also has been an outstanding mentor for the growth of our son, listening and giving advice in difficult situations, and for that we will be forever thankful.
